We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Procurement Associate to join our team and assist with the procurement of vegetables and fruits for export. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely and cost-effective sourcing of high-quality produce from domestic suppliers. Responsibilities: Identify and evaluate domestic suppliers based on quality, price, and delivery performance. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolution of issues. Negotiate pricing and contracts with suppliers to achieve cost savings. Monitor inventory levels and adjust procurement strategies as necessary. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with food safety and phytosanitary regulations. Keep up-to-date with market trends and changes in supply and demand to ensure competitive advantage. Prepare reports and provide feedback on supplier performance, pricing, and market trends.
